Five Mexican and Tex-Mex places inside Duluth city limits: two taquerias on Main Street, two chains on Peachtree Industrial, one on Abbotts Bridge.
Last checked Oct. 6, 2026. Refreshed every three months.
Duluth’s Mexican restaurants split between Main Street downtown, where two taquerias with bars face the Town Green area, and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, where the fast-casual chains are. Armando’s Taqueria is farther east, on Abbotts Bridge Road (Georgia 120).
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Duluth’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. We added places listed in the City of Duluth’s Eat Local directory and the Downtown Duluth directory where the place’s own site gave a Duluth address, and checked every address against the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoder. Restaurants on Pleasant Hill Road near Gwinnett Place and on Satellite Boulevard have Duluth mailing addresses but sit outside the city line, so they are not here. Several smaller taquerias in the city’s directory have no website, and we could not confirm them from a second official source; they are left off until we can. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
