Six bakeries and bakery cafes inside Duluth city limits, four of them downtown, plus Dunkin' on Buford Highway and Peachtree Industrial.
Last checked Oct. 6, 2026. Refreshed every three months.
Most of Duluth’s bakeries are downtown, in Parsons Alley, on Main Street and Hill Street and on Duluth Highway, all within a short walk of the Town Green. An Indian sweet shop is on Abbotts Bridge Road, and the two Dunkin’ stores are on Buford Highway and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Duluth’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. We added places listed in the City of Duluth’s Eat Local directory and the Downtown Duluth directory, and checked every address against the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoder. Korean bakeries and rice cake shops around Pleasant Hill Road appear in the city’s directory without websites; we left them off until a second official source confirms them. Where a site would not load for us, the hours column says to check it. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places?
