Who can attend
“McClure Health Science High School and Meadowcreek High School are the two high schools available to students in the Meadowcreek Cluster Attendance zone,” according to the school’s registration page. In the analysis behind our neighborhoods guide, which matched Gwinnett County’s address points inside Duluth to the district’s 2026 zone map, no address in the city is in the Meadowcreek Cluster: city addresses are zoned for Duluth High or Peachtree Ridge High. The cluster covers homes with Duluth mailing addresses south of the city, around Pleasant Hill Road and I-85.
The district’s Meadowcreek Cluster page lists two middle schools, Lilburn and Radloff, and six elementary schools: Ferguson, Graves, Lilburn, Meadowcreek, Nesbit and Rockbridge.
We found no rezoning approved by the Board of Education that changes this zone. Gwinnett County Public Schools paused its multi-year redistricting plan effective Sept. 23, 2026, said it will not redraw attendance boundaries for the 2027-28 school year, and plans community conversations in the second semester; our schools guide has the details.
The school’s health science pages list pathways in health information management, patient care technician, sports medicine, exercise physiology, allied health and medicine, and pharmacy technician. In her 2026-27 message, the principal said students can earn industry certifications and take part in internships and clinical experiences with partners including Piedmont Eastside Hospital, Northside Hospital, Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton and Gwinnett Public Health. The school also lists Advanced Placement courses and dual enrollment.
Sports and activities
McClure does not appear in the GHSA region alignment for 2026-27. Under a Gwinnett County Board of Education policy, McClure students can play Georgia High School Association sports “as a member of a team for the school in which they would usually attend based on residency,” according to the school’s athletics participation page, which tells families to contact their zoned school’s athletic director.
