An index of Duluth and Gwinnett County public notices: city meeting notices, bids, legal ads in the Gwinnett Daily Post and GeorgiaPublicNotice.com.

Last checked Oct. 6, 2026. This page is an index, not the official publication of any notice. Official legal notices for Gwinnett County appear in the county’s legal organ newspaper; city meeting notices are posted by the City of Duluth. Questions about a city notice: City Clerk, 770-476-3434, cityclerk@duluthga.net.

Georgia law requires certain notices to be published: foreclosures, hearings, bids, financial reports, ordinances and other government actions, as GeorgiaPublicNotice.com describes them. This page shows where to find the ones that affect Duluth.

Where official notices appear

The legal organ. In Georgia, each county has an official newspaper for legal advertisements. A 2025 publisher’s affidavit attached to a city of Duluth election notice describes the Gwinnett Daily Post, published in Lawrenceville, as “the official organ for the publication of legal advertisements” for Gwinnett County.

GeorgiaPublicNotice.com. The Georgia Press Association’s GeorgiaPublicNotice.com gathers notices published in Georgia newspapers, searchable by county, city and newspaper, free of charge. It covers foreclosures, hearings, bids, financial reports and ordinances. The site itself says its database “is not a substitute for the official publication that is required by law” and that only notices in the county’s legal organ are official.
